    Tabatha has a wealth of experience and has worked in the industry for over 27 years. Having studied a degree in Health and Social care and securing a postgraduate degree in Adult Nursing, Tabatha has a passion for elderly care.

    Tabatha strives to provide the very best in person-centred care encompassing compassion, dignity, and respect to ensure that residents have a good quality of life. Leading our dedicated team Tabatha is aiming for providing outstanding care in Dalgety Bay and to be the care home of choice for the local community and beyond.

    Sarah has worked in care for many years and has a wide range of experience in working with client groups from Children and Young People, to managing Supported Accommodation Services for people with long and enduring mental health conditions. Sarah has an NHS24 as a Psychological Practitioner in the Supported Accommodation Services’ Mental Health Hub.

    Prior to joining the team at Dalgety Bay Care Home as Deputy Manager Sarah was Service Manager for a Care at Home Service providing support in the community throughout Perth & Kinross, Dundee and Angus. However, she started her career working in a residential care setting for adults over 65 and this has always remained her passion and throughout her role here as Deputy Manager she hopes to help create a truly special place to live where our residents are at the very heart of everything we do.

    Sarah has joined us recently as our Administrator and brings a wealth of experience having done administrator roles in care homes for over 10 years. Sarah will often be your first point of contact at the home, whether it be for a care enquiry or a job application and is so helpful and always with a great big smile.

    Damion is an ex-army Chef with over 32 years’ experience in the catering and hospitality industry, in all types of catering and catering management. He enjoys catering competitions, charity fundraising and he also enjoys The Riders Branch (Royal British Legion Scotland) motor biking and combining these with legion fundraise event for veterans and there families.

    Eden, Chef at Dalgety Bay

    Eden has previously worked in one of our sister homes. She is passionate about her role and has completed levels 1 and 2 in professional cookery, she is hoping to continue on and study level 3.

    Having obtained her BSC (Hons) nursing degree in Ireland and studied for a specialist qualification in care of the older person, Nichola has been nursing for fifteen years, with experience gained in acute settings, community and social care as well as having worked as a Clinical Lead, Interim Home Manager, District Nurse and Care Home Liaison Nurse.

    Nichola’s true devotion is providing the very best in person-centred nursing care as well as being a great mentor and leader for her colleagues.  She’s so excited to have joined the team at Dalgety Bay and to be part of the team that will lead the way forward in the provision of compassionate and quality care.

    Chloe has just joined Dalgety Bay Care Home as the new activity coordinator. Chloe has come from a senior care position and was looking for more job satisfaction and more social interaction with the residents – she is looking forward to interacting with the residents to fulfil their day.

    Reinhardt joined our care home as a Maintenance Manager and has a wealth of experience after working in the design industry for over 35 years and has worked all around the work. Reinhardt loves learning new things and will often seek opportunities to expand his knowledge and to impact our care home positively.

    Outside of work Reinhardt enjoys gardening and is often with his friends and family enjoying the great outdoors.

    Catherine has been working in a customer service role for over 22 years and has been living in Dalgety Bay for over 45. She is known for her friendly face in our care home and looks forward to welcoming new residents.
