    Tabatha has a wealth of experience and has worked in the industry for over 27 years. Having studied a degree in Health and Social care and securing a postgraduate degree in Adult Nursing, Tabatha has a passion for elderly care.

    Tabatha strives to provide the very best in person-centred care encompassing compassion, dignity, and respect to ensure that residents have a good quality of life. Leading our dedicated team Tabatha is aiming for providing outstanding care in Dalgety Bay and to be the care home of choice for the local community and beyond.

    In 2014, Caroline began working as a childminder, she served in the Royal Navy for 7.5 years before this. After working in childcare, Caroline moved on to adult care and worked as a care assistant in a care home. After that, she began caring for the elderly in the community. With the experience, Caroline was approached to open a care at home branch in the Fife area. As a manager, she gained experience that will be helpful for her new job as Deputy Manager. Her working career has taught her various skills, including teamwork and communication with people of different levels of professionalism.

    Sarah has joined us recently as our Administrator and brings a wealth of experience having done administrator roles in care homes for over 10 years. Sarah will often be your first point of contact at the home, whether it be for a care enquiry or a job application and is so helpful and always with a great big smile.

    Damion is an ex-army Chef with over 32 years’ experience in the catering and hospitality industry, in all types of catering and catering management. He enjoys catering competitions, charity fundraising and he also enjoys The Riders Branch (Royal British Legion Scotland) motor biking and combining these with legion fundraise event for veterans and there families.

    Karen qualified as a nurse in 1999 moving to Scotland from Ireland to do her training. Having spent 16 years in the AMU at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, Karen fancied a change and secured her position here at Dalgety Bay Care home.

    Catherine has been working in a customer service role for over 22 years and has been living in Dalgety Bay for over 45. She is known for her friendly face in our care home and looks forward to welcoming new residents.

    Eden has previously worked in one of our sister homes. She is passionate about her role and has completed levels 1 and 2 in professional cookery, she is hoping to continue on and study level 3.

    Caroline has been involved within care for the past 10 years, she enjoys the daily diversity that each day brings as well as being part of a dedicated team, providing exceptional quality care providing a safe and memorable experience for all residents. Caroline has experience in care home operations including overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. She is dedicated to providing person centred care and fostering a supportive and inclusive community within the care home.

    Theresa has worked within the care sector for over 30 years in various roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant and acting manager in supporting housing. Theresa has transitioned into a Housekeeping role at Dalgety Bay, bringing with her all of her expertise to inform her Housekeeping role.

    Reinhardt joined our care home as a Maintenance Manager and has a wealth of experience after working in the design industry for over 35 years and has worked all around the work. Reinhardt loves learning new things and will often seek opportunities to expand his knowledge and to impact our care home positively.

    Outside of work Reinhardt enjoys gardening and is often with his friends and family enjoying the great outdoors.
