Our Mothers Day Afternoon Tea

Last month, we loved celebrating a fantastic Mother’s Day with a special afternoon tea. The lounge was filled with laughter, home baked treats, friends, and family as we got together to raise a toast to all the wonderful women who mean so much to us.

Our brilliant chef really went above and beyond, treating everyone to a beautiful selection of homemade cakes and pastries that were just too good to resist. We served them up with a choice of teas and coffees, and for those who fancied it, a wee glass of prosecco to make the afternoon feel that bit more special. What really made the afternoon tea look even more appetising than ever were the gorgeous tea sets we used, all donated by kind folks from our local community.

It was such a fab day, and the room was buzzing with chat and laughter all afternoon. Residents shared stories, enjoyed each other’s company, and loved celebrating such a special day together. Our staff loved being part of it too—cheers to love, laughter, and the wonderful women in our lives!
